Cribl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team of SDETs responsible for the quality and reliability of Cribl products. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes testing strategy from design to release with agentic workflows.

You will drive engineering excellence, partner with product and engineering leadership, coach a remote team, and ensure quality is built-in from the start across SaaS and customer-managed environments.

Qualifications

• BS CS/EE or equivalent with 10+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience establishing testing strategy and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy across Cribl products and communicate data-driven metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement in test automation, CI stability, defect prevention, root-cause analysis, and escape-rate reduction.
