Qualifications

• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking to determine appropriate salary levels.
• Perform market pricing, peer-group selection, and survey analyses.
• Interpret compensation data and develop financial models.
• Contribute to reports and proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Support client delivery teams and respond to client requests.
• Participate in client meetings to understand initiatives.
