SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct comprehensive compensation analyses and benchmarking. You will help design and evaluate total compensation programs with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for healthcare organizations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably with data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses and financial modeling with guidance.
• Assist in report and proposal writing, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
