You will work with client teams to gather data, analyze market trends and prepare accurate, actionable reports and proposals. Ideal candidates bring a business degree and at least two years of data analysis and modeling experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid technical knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to communicate clearly with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues with guidance.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, financial modeling and interpretation of data.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies and results.
• Support the project team in developing solutions addressing client issues and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
