Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Experience with workflow orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Temporal, etc.).
• Strong communication and ownership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, guiding engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics in lifecycle of product development.
• Identify and drive resolution of project, process or technology issues.
• Support operational availability and monitoring of team artifacts.
• Foster code quality standards and mentor teammates.
