Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.

• Demonstrates leadership toward profitability and growth of sales territory aligned with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to training programs for clients.
• Strong rolodex with law firms within the territory.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases while coordinating with customer service, report progress, and recommend improvements.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing, products, and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Present product training and negotiate with clients.
