• Must have a strong Rolodex with law firms in the territory.
• Bachelors degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service; report progress and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing and offerings.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
