• Proven sales, negotiation, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Leads profitability growth and territory development in line with company vision.
• Plans to expand customer base and develop client education programs.
• Strong rolodex with law firms in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing and competitors.
• Attend educational events and networking opportunities.
• Develop and present sales proposals and product training.
• Negotiate contracts and deliver sales presentations.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationships.
