Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States. This role requires proven sales success, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to grow a profitable sales territory.

You will generate leads, develop referrals, manage client relationships, and present contracts. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience are required. OTE is $200,000+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling court reporting to law firms
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads; grow current book of business
• Source and develop client referrals
• Develop and maintain a customer database
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Manage cases; work with customer service; report progress
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Analyze market pricing, products and services
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts
• Negotiate with clients and provide product training
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports
• Respond to inquiries and maintain client relationships
• Follow up on sales activities
