Job summary

Reap is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and book qualified demos for our AI-powered senior care platform. You will report to our Head of Sales and work remotely from the US, coordinating with the sales team to accelerate early-stage opportunities.

You will conduct outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to nursing and senior living operators, identify decision-makers, and qualify prospects for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Clear, concise written communication.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound outreach to skilled nursing and senior living operators by email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Research facilities and multi-building operators to find the right contacts, including administrators, business office managers, billing leads, and owners.
• Qualify prospects and book first meetings for Account Executives.
• Keep activity and notes up to date in our CRM.
• Follow up on inbound leads and trade show contacts.
