Embedded Shishya is seeking a disciplined Sales Development Representative for a remote, full-time position. You will split time between an established client and our internal business, leveraging AI-intent data and a premier multi-line dialer.

You will be mentored daily by the founder to master elite outbound sales, with a game plan of 2+ SQAs daily and a 6-hour prospecting window at a high connect rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume prospecting and outbound sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communications.
• Proficient with dialer software and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for 150+ dials per hour during focus blocks.
• Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and SMS to secure SQAs.
• Participate in daily AI-driven roleplay to improve pitches.
• Aim to schedule 2+ Sales Qualified Appointments per day.
