Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, engage leads across channels, and book qualified meetings. This remote, part-time role requires disciplined self-management and a proactive approach to pipeline growth.

The position includes training, use of HubSpot and other tools, and opportunities for career advancement within a fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Engage with leads across multiple channels and platforms.
• Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.
• Manage and organize leads within the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups or book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the internal team regarding lead activity and outreach.
