Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Scan Data Programs Manager to own retailer onboarding from contract signature through first live submission. You will coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure technical setup, test submissions, and milestones are completed on schedule, and publish a weekly health dashboard for internal visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, operations, or related role.
• Experience coordinating across multiple retailer engagements and managing long-term onboarding timelines.
• Familiar with ticketing/project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own retailer onboarding plan, schedule, and communications from contract signature through first live submission.
• Publish the weekly health dashboard covering onboarding status, reimbursement match rates, and action items.
• Serve as primary external-facing point for retailers and CPG partners; coordinate with engineering, CS, and product teams.
• Own routing/escalation of tobacco scan data issues to the appropriate owner and track to closure.
• Maintain cross-functional coordination rhythms and provide proactive risk flags to stakeholders.
• Follow structured ticket-based workflows to ensure all work is documented and progresses.
