Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation in the United States is seeking a Scan Data Programs Manager to own retailer onboarding, manage weekly data submissions, and be the primary contact for retailers and CPG partners. You will coordinate with engineering and CS, build dashboards, and maintain structured processes to prevent gaps, escalating issues as needed.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; remote work from select US states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program coordination, implementation management, operations, or related role.
• Experience tracking milestones, action items and deadlines across multiple retailer engagements.
• Experience with ticketing and project tracking systems (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, schedule, and retailer communications from contract signature through first live submission.
• Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure setup, configuration, and test submissions are on schedule.
• Track onboarding milestones in the ticketing system and ensure status is documented at every stage.
• Escalate retailers who stall or miss onboarding deliverables to Customer Success for follow-up.
• Publish and maintain the weekly health dashboard showing program performance.
