Job summary

ACDI seeks a Document Capture PSE to lead installations of Scanshare and related workflow tools, ensuring smooth go-live and repeatable deployments. You will configure, test, and validate solutions per SOW, build templates, and collaborate with partners for end-to-end success.

You will maintain documentation, support product teams, and guide customers through acceptance testing to ensure satisfaction and successful project closure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with document capture or workflow solutions is a plus.
• Ability to obtain product certifications within 90 days.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and configuration of Scanshare and related workflow solutions from kickoff to go-live.
• Execute configuration, testing, and validation per SOW and workflow requirements.
• Create repeatable configuration templates and installation playbooks.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure end-to-end workflow operation after deployment.
• Maintain detailed implementation records and contribute to internal documentation.
• Act as technical liaison to support and product teams; provide feedback for improvements.
• Conduct acceptance testing with customers and ensure smooth project closure.
