Job summary

PAR Retail is seeking a dedicated Programs & Operations Manager to own retailer onboarding, ensure timely weekly scan data submissions, and serve as the primary contact for retailers and CPG partners. You will coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams, publish weekly health dashboards, and drive end-to-end onboarding from contract to live submission.

The role requires strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and a bias for action in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program coordination, implementation management, operations, or a related role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and milestones across retailer engagements.
• Ability to own end-to-end processes and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Experience using ticketing and project tracking systems (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, schedule, and retailer-facing communications from contract signature through first live submission.
• Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure technical setup, configuration, and test submissions are completed on schedule.
• Track onboarding milestones in the ticketing system with documented status at every stage.
• Publish the weekly Scan Data Program Health Report covering all onboarded customers.
• Escalate issues to Customer Success for relationship-level follow-up and ensure ongoing weekly submission cycles.
