Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Programs & Operations Manager to own retailer onboarding from contract through first live submission and to publish weekly health dashboards that give internal teams full visibility into program performance.

This role requires strong operational discipline, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, customer success, and product teams, and the ability to manage multiple retailer engagements while maintaining clear, proactive communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, operations, or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across retailer engagements.
• Experience working in ticketing and project tracking systems (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, schedule, and all retailer-facing communications from contract signature through first live submission.
• Publish the weekly Scan Data Program Health Report covering all onboarded customers.
• Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure technical setup and test submissions.
• Escalate retailers who stall or miss onboarding deliverables to Customer Success for follow-up.
• Maintain internal tracking for every CPG partner touchpoint and keep CS informed.
