Job summary

PAR Retail seeks a Programs & Operations Manager to own retailer onboarding and weekly data submission health across the retail base, coordinating with engineering and CS. You’ll be the primary contact for retailers and CPG partners, driving end-to-end processes with sharp communication and disciplined follow-through.

Remote role (US only) reporting to VP, Product Delivery. 3+ years in program coordination, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Jira, Zendesk or Salesforce are

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program coordination, implementation management, operations, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating multiple retailer engagements and managing milestones.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end processes and using ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, schedule, and all retailer communications from contract to first live submission.
• Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure setup and test submissions are on schedule.
• Publish the weekly health dashboard and track onboarding milestones in the ticketing system.
• Escalate issues to Customer Success and coordinate with engineering and product teams.
• Serve as the primary external contact for retailers and CPG partners.
