Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple retailer engagements simultaneously.
• Experience with ticketing and project-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, schedule, and communications from contract signature through first live submission.
• Publish the weekly health dashboard and ensure visibility for Customer Success.
• Coordinate with engineering, CS, and product teams to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Escalate and resolve onboarding or submission issues to maintain timelines.
