Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology, is seeking a Scan Data Programs Manager to own retailer onboarding, weekly data health, and cross-functional coordination between retailers, CPG partners, engineering and CS.

You will be the primary external-facing contact for retailers and Altria/RJR, ensuring go-lives, timely submissions, and dashboards that drive visibility. This remote position supports the US market with strong operational discipline and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program coordination, implementation, or operations experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and milestones.
• Experience with ticketing and project tracking systems (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own retailer onboarding from contract signature through first live submission.
• Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure configuration and test submissions are completed on schedule.
• Track onboarding milestones in the ticketing system and keep status documented at every stage.
• Escalate retailers who stall or miss deliverables to Customer Success for follow-up.
• Publish the weekly Scan Data Program Health Report for full visibility into onboarding and health metrics.
• Monitor weekly submission cycles and flag missing or erroneous submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering on issue resolution and ensure dashboards reflect current status.
• Maintain cross-functional coordination with Engineering, CS, and Product Management; provide proactive risk flags.
