Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a dynamic Programs & Operations professional to own retailer onboarding and weekly data health communications for its Scan Data Program. This role spans retailer relationships, partner engagement, and internal engineering and CS coordination.

The candidate will oversee onboarding from contract through first live submission, maintain weekly dashboards, and ensure timely issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, operations, or a related role.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with milestones and deadlines.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end processes and driving them to completion.
• Experience with ticketing and project tracking systems like Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding plan, schedule, and retailer communications from contract through first live submission.
• Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure technical setup and test submissions are on schedule.
• Track onboarding milestones in the ticketing system and publish documented status at every stage.
• Escalate retailers who stall onboarding to Customer Success for follow-up and go-live readiness.
