Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Onboarding Coordinator to work with manufacturer partners, plan staffing, and ensure timely updates of dashboards and KPI reports. You will collaborate with Technical Service leadership to guide staffing and future innovation projects, and coordinate meetings both virtually and in-house before go-live dates.

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturer partners to onboard a new program.
• Use planning tools to staff new programs and drive department efficiency.
• Update and distribute dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards in a timely manner.
• Support staffing and future innovation projects with Technical Service leadership.
• Coordinate virtual and in-house partnership meetings before go-live date.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documents, plans, reports and QA tests.
