SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisors. This unlicensed, outbound role focuses on contacting prospects, generating interest, and transferring qualified leads to licensed agents.

It is a high-volume, metrics-driven position with paid training, a base salary plus bonus, and a potential path to licenses. Successful candidates will thrive on phone-based outreach, script adherence, and meeting performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven sales environments preferred.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 per day.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward next steps.
• Follow scripts and established processes while maintaining natural conversation.
• Meet or exceed transfer and KPI targets.
• Welcome coaching and apply feedback to improve performance.
