Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisors. This is an unlicensed, outbound, high-volume role focusing on contacting prospective customers and transferring qualified prospects to licensed agents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven environments preferred.
• Proven track record meeting quotas or KPIs.
• Ability to follow scripts and established sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 800 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to licensed agents.
• Handle objections and move prospects along the sales process.
• Follow scripts and achieve transfer and KPI targets.
• Work with multiple monitors and systems.
• Maintain attendance and productivity.
