Qualifications

• 1+ year of telesales or inside sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas or KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using established scripts.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward the next step.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals each month.
• Take coaching and apply feedback to improve results.
• Maintain reliable attendance and productivity in a full-time schedule.
