Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisors. This is an unlicensed, outbound sales role focused on generating interest, qualifying prospects, and transferring them to licensed agents.

A paid training program and a base salary with bonus opportunities support your early success. Candidates should be comfortable with high call volumes, scripts, and achieving performance goals while pursuing further licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based environments.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (up to 800 per day).
• Identify needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward the next step.
• Follow scripts and sales processes to achieve targets.
