Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor. This is an unlicensed, outbound sales role focusing on contacting prospects, generating interest, and transferring qualified leads to licensed agents.

The role is high-volume, metrics-driven, with paid training, base salary plus bonus, and a career path into a licensed sales position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven environments preferred.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and KPIs.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Professional phone presence and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 800 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for transfer.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward the next step.
• Follow scripts and processes while staying natural.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals.
• Work with multiple monitors and phone systems.
