Job summary

SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking experienced sales professionals for a Sales Development Advisor role. You will engage prospects via heavy outbound calling, qualify needs, and transfer qualified leads to licensed agents. Training is provided, with earning potential through base pay plus bonuses.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position in the United States. Candidates should be comfortable with scripts, hitting quotas, and progressing toward licensed roles through internal programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based environments preferred.
• Ability to meet quotas and KPIs.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 per day.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for transfer to licensed agents.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward next steps.
• Follow scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversations.
• Meet or exceed transfer and performance goals.
• Attend training and apply feedback to improve sales results.
