SelectQuote is seeking a Sales Development Advisor to engage customers, triage needs, and route to licensed agents. This full-time, work-from-home role offers paid training and a clear path into licensed sales after six months.

You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on building a successful inside sales career. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in telesales, strong sales acumen, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year or more experience in telesales or sales environment.
• Experience in high-volume metrics or commission-driven roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing to generate interest in products (up to 800 calls daily).
• Handle and overcome objections to transfer you to a licensed agent.
• Meet monthly transfer and contact-to-transfer goals to boost agent conversion.
