You will make hundreds of outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, and transfer qualified leads to licensed agents. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, phone sales, or comparable sales experience required.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based sales preferred.
• Proven success meeting quotas and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 per day.
• Generate interest and engage with prospects.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Follow sales scripts and processes to meet performance goals.
• Accept coaching and apply feedback to improve sales results.
