Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Required 1 year or more experience working in a telesales or sales environment.
• Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing sales prospects to generate interest in SelectQuote's products – upwards of 800 calls daily
• Overcome sales objections and stalls to transfer potential customers to a licensed insurance agent
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and conversions
• Paid training with tools provided for success
• Earn base plus bonus with average first-year earnings around $50k and top producers $80k+
• Training program after 6 months to move into licensed sales agent role
