The Sales Assistant II will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams by validating revenue calculations and ensuring the accuracy of data. This position provides essential tools and insights, enabling sales partners to make informed decisions and streamline the submission process for Human Capital Management (HCM) sales. The Sales Assistant II will work closely with various sales teams, fostering strong partnerships and delivering critical support.

• Revenue Validation: Verify and validate revenue calculations to maintain accuracy and provide data integrity for sales reports. Ensure KPI’s and metric requirements are met or exceeded.
• Sales Support: Assist sales teams by supplying necessary tools, insights, and resources that help optimize the submission of HCM sales.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and generate reports that provide actionable insights for sales partners, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to streamline sales workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales teams and serve as a key point of contact for support, guidance, and troubleshooting in the sales submission process.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, including tracking revenue, forecasts, and other key performance metrics to provide regular updates to sales leadership.
• Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation for sales teams on new processes, tools, or systems related to sales submissions and revenue calculations.

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 2 years of experience in a sales support, data analysis, or similar role, preferably within an HCM or sales-driven environment.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $17.48 - $25.47 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
