Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our New Business Sales team. This entry-level role is a stepping stone toward a sales career, serving as the first contact with potential clients. The SDR identifies and qualifies new SaaS sales opportunities to support Account Executives.

This is a full-time, remote/home-office role reporting to the Manager, Sales Development. Continental US candidates considered; travel about 5% as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead opportunities and develop new business via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social channels to introduce Dodge products/services and drive demos.
• Generate top-of-funnel pipeline growth by high-volume prospecting to engage and qualify potential buyers for handoff to the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly activity and lead quotas; update within Salesforce.
• Learn and apply solution-based, consultative prospecting approaches.
