Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first company building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative. This role focuses on outbound pipeline, net-new logo acquisition, and selling to Security and IT personas across time zones.

Candidates should be based in the US and enjoy a high-velocity, commission-inclusive environment. Base salary ranges from 75,000 to 90,000 USD, with incentive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales with target achievement.
• Experience generating pipeline and opening new accounts.
• Proven track record of annual overachievement.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling SaaS to Security and IT personas.
• Experience selling through security channel partners.
• Proven ability to build a territory from scratch.
• Familiar with MEDDIC methodology.
• Strong accountability, resourcefulness and problem-solving.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goal.
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity.
• Help customers understand Cribl value during the sales process.
• Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
• Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
• Strategize with channel partners to drive net-new business.
• Remote-first work across many time zones; may require duties outside standard hours.
