Cribl is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative in a remote role based out of Texas. You will drive net-new logo acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, and articulate Cribl’s value across engineering to CxO levels.

Expect a competitive base with incentive opportunities as part of a scalable sales program. You will collaborate with security and IT personas, leverage channel partners, and forecast to meet ambitious targets in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-cycle SaaS sales role.
• Experience generating pipeline and opening new accounts.
• Proven track record of overachievement.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling a SaaS product to Security and IT personas.
• Experience selling through security channel partners.
• Success building a territory from scratch.
• Accountability and ownership in meeting commitments.
• Resourcefulness in securing resources and managing scarce assets.
• Strong problem solving and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage the entire sales ecosystem from leads through close.
• Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity.
• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the process.
• Articulate Cribl's value up to CxO level.
• Forecast accurately and hit sales targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive new business.
• Work across time zones and adapt to irregular hours.
