Cribl is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to join our remote-first team based in Texas. You will manage the full sales cycle, generate pipeline, and close net-new logos for our SaaS telemetry platform.

The role requires you to articulate value from engineers to CxOs and to collaborate with channel partners for growth. We offer a base salary with commission, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) and equity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full cycle SaaS sales role with target achievement.
• Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts, including lead generation.
• Successful track record of overachievement annually.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling a SaaS product to Security and IT personas.
• Experience selling through security channel partners.
• Experience building a territory from scratch.
• Background using MEDDIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead gen to close.
• Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity.
• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Articulate Cribl's value up to CxO level.
• Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive new business.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to time zones.
