Cribl is seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to drive SIEM and Observability solutions to security and IT leaders. This remote-first role is based in Indianapolis, with a territory across the US, and demands building enduring executive-level relationships.

You will own the sales process from lead generation to closing, employ MEDDIC, forecast reliably, and land 5+ new logos per year while collaborating with partners. Base salary ranges from $140k to $160k plus incentives and equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
• Experience with at least one early-stage start-up (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and managing a complex sales process.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
• Background using MEDDIC.

Responsabilités

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
• Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets.
• We are a remote-first company and work across many time zones; you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.
