Job summary

JoVE, a world-leading provider of research and education video solutions, is hiring a seasoned sales professional to drive adoption at universities and colleges. You will own the complete sales cycle, present to researchers and faculty, and build a strong pipeline through outreach and in-person meetings.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to meet targets, participate in trade shows, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in EdTech, STEM publishing, or SaaS.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Present JoVE products to researchers, faculty, and librarians both online and in person.
• Proactively build and maintain pipeline via emails, calls, and meetings.
• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive renewals and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows and participate in marketing activities.
