GoTo is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to own renewal forecasting, retention analysis, and actionable insights across our SaaS product lines. You will partner with product, sales, and finance to improve retention metrics and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; 5+ years’ FP&A or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based models
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation
• Exceptionally self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving; able to work with abstract data
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Own end-to-end renewal forecasting and validate models for churn, renewal rates, and retention outcomes
• Retention trend analysis: Analyze retention metrics and deliver actionable insights to leaders
• Proactive insights: Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and deliver recommendations that influence strategy
• Reporting & data integrity: Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly and ensure timely, accurate reporting
