Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to own renewal forecasting and retention analysis in a remote US-based role. You will build models, validate churn and renewal rates, and deliver forward-looking insights to finance leadership.

You’ll analyze retention trends, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure data integrity across weekly and monthly reports. A strong finance background in SaaS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based models.
• Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs/Metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal forecasting process with precision.
• Analyze retention metrics and trends; deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and recommend business actions.
• Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly and ensure reporting accuracy.
