Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: own end-to-end renewal forecasting; build/validate forecast models with churn/retention.
• Retention trend analysis: analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Proactive insights: conduct variance analysis and recommend strategic actions.
• Reporting & data integrity: reconcile data weekly/monthly and ensure accuracy of reports.
