GoTo is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to lead renewal forecasting and retention analytics for our US-based, remote team.

You will build forecast models, analyze retention trends, and provide proactive recommendations to drive strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or SaaS analytics, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; 5+ years FP&A or similar in SaaS.
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end renewal forecasting process for SaaS products.
• Analyze retention metrics and trends; provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Perform variance analysis and identify root causes to inform strategy.
• Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly and maintain data integrity.
