GoTo is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to lead renewal forecasting and retention analytics from a remote US location.

You will own models for churn, retention outcomes, and provide forward-looking insights to guide financial planning and strategic decisions. The role emphasizes strong data manipulation, advanced financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based models.
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Forecast end-to-end renewal forecasting; validate models for churn, renewal rates and retention outcomes.
• Analyze retention metrics and trends for designated SaaS product lines and provide insights to leaders.
• Perform deep-dive variance analysis to identify root causes and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
