Job summary

GoTo, a US-based technology company, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to own renewal forecasting, retention metric analysis, and forward-looking insights across SaaS product lines.

This fully remote role requires 5+ years in FP&A, expert financial modeling, and strong cross-functional communication to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. You’ll reconcile data weekly and monthly, support planning, and influence strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ FP&A or similar financial analysis in SaaS or subscription models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Expert financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Own end-to-end renewal forecasting and model validation with churn/retention focus.
• Retention trend analysis: Analyze metrics and provide insights for leadership.
• Proactive insights: Identify root causes and recommend strategic actions.
• Reporting & data integrity: Reconcile data weekly/monthly and ensure reporting accuracy.
