Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to own renewal forecasting, analyze retention trends, and deliver proactive insights to inform financial planning. You’ll work remotely in the US, collaborating across teams and maintaining data integrity in reporting.

You will reconcile retention data weekly/monthly, handle large data sets, and contribute to insightful analyses that guide business strategy and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ FP&A or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based business models (Inc., deep understanding of SaaS KPIs/Metrics).
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal forecasting process and validate forecast models with high precision.
• Analyze retention metrics and trends for designated SaaS product lines and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analyses and deliver proactive recommendations influencing business strategies.
• Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly and ensure accurate, timely reporting across large data sets.
