Job summary
GoTo, a leader in cloud communications, is seeking a Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to join our remote US team. You will own renewal forecasting, analyze retention metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
You’ll work with cross-functional partners, prepare weekly and monthly reviews, and ensure data integrity across large datasets. A bachelor's in finance or related field with 3+ years in FP&A for SaaS is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting: Own end-to-end renewal forecasting; build and validate models with churn/retention insights.
- Retention trend analysis: Analyze metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Proactive insights: Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to influence strategies.
- Reporting & data integrity: Reconcile data weekly/monthly and ensure reporting accuracy.
