Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into adopted solutions. You will own hands-on implementation from kickoff to launch, configuring environments, validating data readiness, and delivering foundational training.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and value is realized for enterprise customers. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer engagement, requires strong communication, and involves 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or related roles.
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to configure software and troubleshoot.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects to deadlines with measurable outcomes.
• Translate requirements into clear activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing customer needs.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through configuration and training.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, and integration prerequisites.
• Develop implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Configure customer environments, including users, roles, and integrations.
• Provide foundational training and validate solutions with customer contacts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and external partners as needed.
• Track milestones, risks, and scope changes; enforce change control.
• Deliver post-onboarding value through migrations and integrations.
• Maintain project records and manage multiple implementations with visibility.
