3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to turn signed contracts into adopted solutions. You’ll own hands-on implementation from kickoff to handoff, configuring environments, data, and workflows to deliver measurable first value from 3E’s products.

This role blends technical implementation with customer engagement and project coordination, translating scope into practical plans and milestones while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Shared Services to ensure success.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or related services.
• Able to configure software, troubleshoot setup issues, and learn new products.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects to deadlines and outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation activities and milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional work.
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Office apps.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementations from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, and integration prerequisites.
• Translate scope into a documented plan with milestones and responsibilities.
• Configure customer environments, users, roles, and core workflows.
• Deliver foundational training and validate the solution with customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and partners for delivery.
• Track milestones and identify risks and scope changes early.
• Execute post-onboarding value realization projects like migrations and integrations.
• Maintain accurate project records and prioritize work by impact and risk.
• Develop technical proficiency across 3E products; escalate bugs as needed.
