You will own hands-on implementation activities from kickoff through configuration, validation, foundational training, launch, and handoff, enabling customers to realize measurable first value from 3E’s products.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of software implementation experience in B2B SaaS or professional services.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing customer needs.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects to deadlines and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, validation, training, launch, and handoff.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, security, and integration prerequisites.
• Create documented implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Configure customer environments including users, roles, integrations, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud, and external partners as needed.
• Track milestones, risks, and scope changes; follow change-control processes.
