Job summary

3E is seeking an Implementation Specialist to convert signed contracts into adopted solutions. You will own hands-on implementation from kickoff through configuration, validation, foundational training, launch, and handoff. The role combines technical work with customer engagement and project coordination.

You will translate the scope into a practical delivery plan, configure environments with real data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and commitments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in software implementation or professional services.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to configure software.
• Experience managing multiple projects to deadlines.
• Translate requirements into concrete activities, milestones and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from kickoff through launch and handoff.
• Confirm data readiness, environment requirements, security considerations.
• Translate scope into an implementation plan with milestones.
• Configure customer environments and core workflows.
• Provide foundational training and validate the solution.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Cloud and partners.
• Track milestones and manage risks, dependencies and scope changes.
• Surface bugs and file feature requests to the internal team.
